Walker Street Ventures is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring shallow bay industrial and unanchored strip retail properties along the East Coast of the United States.
We seek opportunities in markets where supply is constrained and demand from small-to-mid-size tenants remains durable — asset classes that have historically offered resilient cash flows and favorable risk-adjusted returns.
Last-mile and infill industrial facilities serving local and regional tenants. Typically single-story, multi-tenant buildings in supply-constrained East Coast submarkets.
Neighborhood-serving retail centers without a major anchor tenant. We target well-located, necessity-based strips with stable tenancy and value-add potential.

Managing Partner
Zachary is the founder of Walker Street Ventures. He spent nearly five years on the investments team at Oxford Properties Group in New York, where he completed over $4 billion of transactions across asset classes. He joined Oxford as an Analyst in 2021 and was promoted to Associate in 2024.
Prior to Oxford, Zachary interned in acquisitions at SL Green Realty Corp. and The Davis Companies, gaining early exposure to commercial real estate across New York and Boston.
Zachary holds an A.B. in Government with a secondary in Economics from Harvard University.
